What are the restrictions around competition venues during the Olympic Games?

Modified on Mon, 8 Jul at 5:37 PM

Only motor vehicle movements will be impacted, there will be no restrictions for pedestrians and cyclists.

These restrictions will be put in place 2.5 hours before the first event of the day and until 1 hour after the last event of the day. Outside of competition periods, all travel will be authorized.

To find out the schedule of the events, you can check the Olympic calendar through the following link: https://olympics.com/fr/paris-2024/calendrier

Exemptions may be granted by law enforcement at checkpoints for local residents, professionals with travel requirements and emergency situations. These waivers do not require a digital pass.
