Departures can take place until 10 a.m. at the latest.
If you have a physical check-out with one of our agents, you will need to specify your departure time in order to organize an appointment with them.
If you have a self-check-out, our local team will give you instructions to follow for handing over the keys when you leave the accommodation. Generally, this information is provided upon your arrival, but do not hesitate to contact the concierge who welcomed you the day before your departure if necessary!
