Travelers are allowed to enter the accommodation from 3 p.m. (or 5 p.m. in exceptional cases of large properties requiring extra time for cleaning). If the property is available and ready for occupancy, travelers may make an exceptional request to the concierge for early check-in, from 1 or 2 pm.
On the day of check-out, guests must leave the accommodation by 10am. If no arrival is scheduled for that afternoon, the traveler may make an exceptional request to extend this deadline to 11am, in accordance with the operational team's schedule.
The time between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. is set aside for cleaning and installation of linen in the accommodation.
