Only tourist taxes for Booking and Airbnb reservations are directly collected and paid by the platforms.
For other bookings (Club Welkeys, Abritel/HomeAway, and direct bookings), the town hall website will ask you to pay these amounts, which we will transfer to you on your invoices. Please note that there is a ceiling on the amount you will have to pay, which is less than the amount paid by Welkeys.
Please note that Airbnb and Booking bookings can also be declared on your local council's website, without having to pay the taxe de séjour.
As a private individual, the price of the stay quoted on the website (excluding VAT) corresponds to the amount on the Welkeys invoice (including VAT). VAT does not apply to private individual
