If you wish to cancel a booking because you are unable to honour it, the rental platforms charge a cancellation fee as follows;
- For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, the fee is 10% of the total amount of the reservation (excluding tourist taxes).
-For cancellations less than 30 days but more than 48 hours before arrival, 25% of the total cost of the reservation (excluding tourist tax) will be charged.
- For cancellations 48 hours or less before arrival, 50% of the total cost of the reservation (excluding tourist tax) will be charged.
