Owners - Traveler cancellation policy

Every traveler who makes a reservation has the right (whether free of charge or not), at any time, to request its cancellation, for a variety of reasons. 



Depending on the date on which the reservation is cancelled, the customer may be charged cancellation fees by the platform.



Depending on the type of accommodation and its geographical location, we adapt to the cancellation conditions recommended by the booking platforms and to the practices put in place by the accommodations competing with yours. 



These conditions vary, with penalties applied between 5, 14 or 30 days prior to the traveler's arrival date, with 50% or 100% of the total amount of the stay due.



For each booking cancelled, customers are automatically refunded the cost of cleaning and tourist taxes.


These may change in line with new platform policies. Reservations made in the past may therefore be subject to previous cancellation conditions. In such cases, we will inform you on a case-by-case basis of the policy applied to the reservation in question.



These cancellation conditions may be modified at the owner's request, and upon confirmation by our Account team. Please bear in mind that these conditions are selected with a view to ensuring good visibility of the advert, in order to attract more travellers and to keep the advert on the market.
