Owners - Termination of management agreement

Modified on Tue, 23 Jul at 12:19 PM

If, as an owner, you wish to terminate your management agreement with us, please follow the steps below;

Termination due to sale of the property, self-occupancy, legislation or co-ownership prohibiting rental:

1. Block your calendar on the date from which you no longer wish to rent, so that you can no longer offer the property for sale, and subsequently have to cancel reservations.

2. Notify us by e-mail if any bookings need to be cancelled. Please note that cancellation penalties will be charged by the platforms, and will be borne by the owner, as stipulated in the contract.

3. Fill in this form online.

4. An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent by e-mail, and you will then be able to contact the local partner to organize the handover of the keys. The advertisements on the platforms will then be closed in the following weeks.

Termination due to dissatisfaction with our logistical services, lack of occupancy or income, poor relations with our local partner, or concerns about the administrative management of your property.

1. Block your calendar so that no new reservations can be added.

2. Make an appointment via the following link so that we can discuss your concerns.

3. The next steps will be explained to you during this telephone conversation.
