You have received a payment reminder for your reservation or are experiencing payment difficulties for your VRBO reservation, what to do?

If you received a reminder email for the payment of your VRBO (Abritel) reservation, it is possible that a problem occurred during the payment of your reservation.


The reasons can be numerous: payment limit reached, incomplete payment, non-compliance of payment systems, etc.


Very often, the problem comes from an additional authentication procedure that some travelers forget to complete. This is the 3D secure authentication procedure for which an email is sent to you. Please check your mailbox (even spam!) if you have received this authentication email and complete the steps.


If in doubt, please contact us directly by email at premium@welkeys.com specifying the name used for the reservation as well as the dates of the stay.
