Simply send us a cancellation request either on your personal VRBO space or by contacting us directly. To do this, please send us an email directly to: premium@welkeys.com
PLEASE NOTE THAT the refund amount following the cancellation will depend on the date on which it was made. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to check the cancellation conditions directly on the VRBO (Abritel) ad for the accommodation.
