Welkeys offers two types of check-in: physical check-in and self-check-in.
In the case of a physical check-in, a Welkeys agent will welcome you on the day of your arrival at the accommodation address at the time you have previously indicated on your online registration form.
In the case of a self check-in, you will receive instructions to access the accommodation automatically from our team before your arrival time. Self check-ins are carried out in the event that it is impossible to organize a physical check-in and for reservations in the Marseille area.
