To stimulate demand, our intelligent software and specialized pricing strategy team apply so-called last-minute discounts; i.e. stays booked less than a month in advance. This measure enables us to obtain higher-priced bookings when they are anticipated, while completing the calendar and increasing occupancy thanks to last-minute bookings.
The promotions applied remain consistent with current market demand, and are generally 15% off. By way of example, a last-minute promotion applied during an event or school vacation period will not reach a rate deemed too low.
